Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bogor. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, manage employee relations, implement company policies, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, performance management, and fostering positive workplace culture. The role also involves coordinating with department heads to align workforce planning with organizational objectives.

  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Regulations, and Benefits Administration

  • Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Data Analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
