Native English Teacher - WonderMind Gading Serpong

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Education or English, and/or
• Internationally recognized TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in an English language school.
• Proficient in English language (IELTS 7 or higher or equivalent if non-native).
• Passport holder outside of Indonesia, preferably from a country with English as a first or official language.
• Able to be creative and innovative to maintain classroom environment conducive to optimal learning.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as teamwork.
• Open-minded, adaptable to and passionate about dynamic circumstances and continued professional growth.

Duties :

• Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the level and meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with WonderMind English curriculum, as well as supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and learners needs.
• Participate in learners' and center's events and initiatives to support the continuation of WonderMind's growth.
• Monitor students' learning progress by providing beneficial constructive feedback.
