We are an international e-commerce company specializing in computer accessories such as keyboards, mice, and related products. We are currently seeking a Customer Support to join our growing team.

Role Description

  • Handle overseas customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer request.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English, especially in written communication
  • Willing to work on Saturday
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
