Role Description
- Handle overseas customer inquiries through email, chat, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer request.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English, especially in written communication
- Willing to work on Saturday
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
