Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, or prospects through email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and manage appointments for the management team of in-house media platforms.
- Oversee the administration and coordination of affiliate partnerships, including setup, documentation, and payout tracking.
- Grow and maintain the affiliate network through outreach to potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for confirmed deals, ensuring all documentation is properly maintained.
- Track payments from affiliate partners and clients, coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation.
- Support partnership and sponsorship activities by identifying opportunities for collaborations, paid promotions, and sponsored placements.
- Maintain organized records of communications, agreements, and partnership-related financial data.
- Coordinate with internal teams on updates related to appointments, deals, or partnership activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in client servicing, account management, business operations, or a related coordination role.
- Strong experience managing vendors, freelancers, or affiliate partners—ideally in creative, marketing, or digital service industries.
- Prior experience in B2B settings, handling proposals, upsells, and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to handle multiple timelines and coordinate across teams (sales, creative, finance).
- Familiarity with affiliate program workflows, including onboarding, reporting, and basic KYC/KYB requirements.
- Basic financial literacy (e.g., issuing invoices, tracking payments, managing records).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Based in Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work and occasional in-person meetings.
