Jobdescription:
- Hire, evaluate, and schedule nursing staff. Provide ongoing training and support, and supervise staff performance.
- Manage the department's budget, oversee daily operations, and handle paperwork and administrative duties.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe patient care by implementing and upholding policies and procedures. This includes assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care.
- Act as a link between the nursing staff and upper management, as well as between the unit and other healthcare teams. They also communicate with patients and their families.
- Ensure the unit meets all health and safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and facility policies.
Requirement:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing

- Valid STR (Student Registration Certificate) and competency test certificate
- BTCLS (Nursing Professional Certification) certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nursing Manager
- Strong leadership skills and effective and effective communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
