Assistant Manager HR/GA
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in manufacturing industry

  • Good knowledge of labor law HRIS, BPJS, and industrial relations

  • Capable in recruitment, training, and HR development

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • A good command in English is preferable

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR processes (recruitment, training, performance appraisal, industrial relations)

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Oversee General Affairs activities (facilities, security, general administration)

  • Provide reports and strategic recommendations to management
