Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management
Minimum 12 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of labor law HRIS, BPJS, and industrial relations
Capable in recruitment, training, and HR development
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
A good command in English is preferable
Manage all HR processes (recruitment, training, performance appraisal, industrial relations)
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Oversee General Affairs activities (facilities, security, general administration)
Provide reports and strategic recommendations to management
