Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for promoters across assigned stores (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories)
- Ensure consistent brand understanding and retail excellence
- Monitor performance and conduct monthly assessments
- Deliver engaging training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling
- Provide insights on competitor trends and training improvement
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Management)
- 2+ years of experience in training — preferably in the smartphone or retail industry
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Skilled in presentation & facilitation (classroom and in-store)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiar with content tools (Canva, CapCut, VN)
- Willing to travel across areas
