  • Manage and develop strong relationships with enterprise-level clients to ensure sustained sales and revenue growth.
  • Create new sales opportunities by understanding client needs and providing appropriate digital IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update client account information and activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding prospect quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed set metrics, including sales quotas and targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales development, or B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively articulate product value propositions to clients.
  • Persistent and positive attitude, with a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and cold outreach strategies.
