JOB SUMMARY

Responsible to support in handling and managing daily administrative works and provide required support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in handling and managing Sales administration: receiving and checking PO, coordinating with Finance Dept and Warehouse Dept to process PO, coordinating with retailers for inbound delivery schedule, monitoring the delivery status of each PO, and other administration works.
  • Handling and archive documents for payments, department's requisition, and department's assets.
  • Provides any necessary data and support to Sales Team.
  • Prepare and archive internal & external correspondence documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year of relevant working experience as Admin Support, Sales Admin, Brand Support or any related role in retail industry is a must
  • Proficient in using MS Office and SAP, with administration skill
  • Good written English skill
  • Speed and accuracy with attention to detail
  • Good organisational, time and project management skills
  • Have accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively handle high-volume workload, concurrent projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
