Job Description
We are looking for a Art & Creative Director who is creative, organized, and able to lead the team's daily creative process. You will direct the creation of visual materials, brand campaigns, and digital and social media content, with a focus on compelling storytelling that is consistent with the brand identity.Main Responsibilities:
Creative & Visual Direction
· Develop creative concepts for all communication channels, including digital and social media.· Design consistent and engaging storytelling across platforms.· Ensure all content output reflects a consistent brand identity, values, and tone of voice.· Translate and translate briefs into strong visual concepts and creative messages.· Conduct product photography sessions, including editing for marketing and digital marketing purposes.· Create key campaign videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, from concept and shooting to final editing.· Provide direction on angles and storylines for TikTok videos created by the content team.· Provide design and narrative direction for brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials.· Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and brand communication style across all channels.· Provide feedback on design, copy, and video at every stage of the creative process.· Maintain efficiency and quality of output within the agreed timeline and budget.
Content Creation & Creative Team
- Lead the creative team and content creator team.
- Develop short- and long-term content strategies based on marketing and brand objectives.
- Provide creative direction and daily content production for digital content such as reels, TikTok, carousels, stories, short videos, and captions.
- Develop and oversee the editorial calendar, monthly themes, and regular campaigns (soft-selling, brand campaigns, promotions, etc.).
- Determine the content type, visual style, and tone of brand communication for all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Social Media Activity Monitoring
- Oversee the development of a monthly and weekly content calendar, including themes, messages, and distribution channels.
- Direct and monitor social media to capitalize on trends and audience insights.
- Monitor and evaluate social media content performance (engagement, reach, growth).
- Integrate content strategy with trends, platform algorithms, and engagement needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative, design, or digital content.
- Graduates in Visual Communication Design, Creative Advertising, or Communication are preferred.
- Possess a visual and content portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas and execution.
- Must have product photography skills, including photo capture and editing.
- Must be able to create and edit videos, especially for social media needs such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Proficient in Adobe Family design applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and understand the artwork production process.
- Must understand digital and social media trends, as well as popular platform algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Able to lead a small team and provide clear and structured direction.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with tight targets and deadlines.
- Adaptive with fast-pace environment
- Must submit a portfolio that includes: design, photography, and videography (or creative social media content)
