About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, efficient, and visually engaging user experiences across Electrum's digital ecosystem — from mobile apps to web applications and partner dashboards.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate user needs into elegant design solutions that balance usability, scalability, and brand identity.

What You Will Do
  • Design seamless user experiences and user interfaces for Electrum's digital products — including mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve a Design System that ensures visual consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints (Mobile App, Partner Dashboard, B2B/B2C Web).
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate assumptions and inform design decisions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing outcomes to continually enhance product usability and engagement.
  • Work with Frontend Engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented and responsive across devices.
  • Support Marketing and CX initiatives with clear, brand-aligned visuals when needed.
  • Advocate for human-centered design and accessibility best practices across teams.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the end-to-end customer journey — from onboarding to retention.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer in a fast-paced tech or digital product environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across both mobile and web platforms, preferably for transactional or service-oriented products.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and responsive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of accessibility, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work closely with engineers and translate design concepts into actionable components or implementation tickets.
  • Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain design rationale and user considerations.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Design Systems or component library management.
  • Familiarity with front-end implementation or handoff processes (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, etc.).
  • Exposure to EV, mobility, or sustainability-related products.
  • Knowledge of analytics and experimentation tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA).
