We're seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Surabaya office to provide excellent customer support, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Worry not—we offer competitive compensation and attractive benefits for our hardworking team
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or social media
- Identifying customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Staying updated on products, features, and system updates
- Coordinating with the team to resolve complex issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent
- Work experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Proficient typing skills and computer literacy
- Strong communication skills, both within the team and externally
- Experience or knowledge in the crypto industry would be a valuable advantage
- Able to work in a WFO (Work From Office) system in Kapas Krampung, Surabaya
- Able to work on following shift schedule:
Monday, Friday & Sunday: , Tuesday & Thursday: , Saturday: , Wednesday: OFF.
NOTE: Friday - Sunday WFH
