Education Requirements:

- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and business.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, SharePoint).
- Certification in Project Management Institute (PMBOK) is preferred.

- 7 to 10 years of work experience, with 1 to 2 years in leadership or people management.
- Experience managing engineering and CAPEX projects on factory sites, plus change management.
- Industry background from chemicals, food, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse cultures in matrix organizations.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean, and tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations and financial concepts.
- Additional certification in Plant Engineering/Maintenance or PM would be advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
