Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, sourcing, interviews, and offers
  • Maintain recruitment channels and talent pool to ensure timeliness and quality
  • Provide recruitment reports and data analysis to support hiring decisions
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and HR documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
  • Experience with mass hiring is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good sense of ownership, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
