Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, sourcing, interviews, and offers
- Maintain recruitment channels and talent pool to ensure timeliness and quality
- Provide recruitment reports and data analysis to support hiring decisions
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and recruitment dashboards.
- Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and HR documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
- Experience with mass hiring is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good sense of ownership, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
