Oversee and manage technical project development, ensuring adherence to project timeline, budget and quality standard
Constant market research update on technical aspects fromcompetitors’ products andcustomers’ desires, which include institutionalising the product knowledge for the organisation.
Execute preliminary design studies, which include master planning, massing study, area tabulation, specifications to formulate design brief.
Perform cost benefit and comparative analysis to guide development, design, and construction decisions.
Provide oversight and guidance on design aspects on technical consultants’ deliverables, while ensuring alignment with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Coordinate technical meetings with internal and external stakeholders, to gather project requirements and define project scope and objectives
Collaborate with other internal departments, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Permit, Estate Management and others to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.
Apply technical expertise and knowledge to resolve design and technical challenges during construction stage
Provide leadership and direction to the design and technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities in design and technical project management.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings, technical specifications, progress reports, and project files.
Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and management.
