Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative processes related to expatriate employment, including RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with government institutions (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Local Manpower Office).
- Maintain and update the expatriate legal documentation database regularly.
- Act as a liaison between the company and expatriates for administrative and formalities matters.
- Assist in scheduling and escorting expatriates during formalities processes, inspections, or government visits.
- Support expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian labor and immigration laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in expatriate formalities or HR administration.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate permit procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (preferably).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work with high confidentiality and under tight deadlines.
