Responsibilities
  • Handle all administrative processes related to expatriate employment, including RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with government institutions (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration, Local Manpower Office).
  • Maintain and update the expatriate legal documentation database regularly.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and expatriates for administrative and formalities matters.
  • Assist in scheduling and escorting expatriates during formalities processes, inspections, or government visits.
  • Support expatriate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure all processes comply with Indonesian labor and immigration laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in expatriate formalities or HR administration.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and expatriate permit procedures.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (preferably).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to work with high confidentiality and under tight deadlines.
