We are looking for a Project Logistic Officer to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in import/export regulations, and possesses strong coordination skills with various stakeholders in the supply chain ecosystem. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth customs processes and end-to-end logistics execution for both domestic and international shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify import/export shipment documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations, including HS Code classification, shipment planning, and reporting.
- Manage CEISA 4.0 system submissions (PIB, PEB).
- Administer and monitor licenses and permits related to international shipments.
- Coordinate with Customs authorities, vendors, freight forwarders, and related parties to ensure timely and compliant shipment clearance.
- Conduct field surveys and supervision to monitor logistics process implementation at seaports, airports, and project sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must possess an active Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan (Indonesian Customs Certification).
- Strong understanding of shipment coordination at seaports and airports.
- Willing to travel frequently for field visits and assignments out of town.
- Experience in handling logistics for project cargo, contract-based shipments.
- Experience in managing OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo, special equipment, and multimodal transportation and operations in bonded zones and Customs facilities such as KITE, PLB, etc.
