Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering (Teknik), Science (MIPA), or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or training role, preferably in a technology-focused educational setting, particularly in AI, Robotics, coding, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python & C++ programming.
- A solid understanding of the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, electronics, and robotics.
- A good understanding of essential AI sub-fields such as Deep Learning, Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to connect with and inspire learners.
- Proven ability to manage and lead class sessions independently and effectively.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for education and technology.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct engaging AI and Robotics theoretical and practical sessions for participants, simplifying complex topics to make them accessible and exciting, both online and onsite at school partner locations.
- Mentor participants, providing guidance on their projects and fostering a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere.
- Assist participants with hands-on projects, troubleshooting project algorithms and technical implementations.
- Evaluate participant projects and understanding, provide actionable feedback, and deliver regular progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, robotics, and educational technology, and actively participate in internal training programs for continuous skill enhancement.
- Manage and maintain training equipment responsibly, including robotics hardware, computers, and software installations, to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.
- Support the company in conducting promotional events, workshops, or webinars to introduce the AI & Robotics program to a wider audience, as needed.
- Design and continuously refine the Embodied AI curriculum, lesson plans, and projects by providing feedback on program effectiveness and student engagement.
