We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead our Credit Risk Management and Portfolio Analytics function. This role is responsible for overseeing credit risk assessment, monitoring portfolio performance, and developing risk mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement credit risk policies, frameworks, and models.
• Lead credit risk assessment for new and existing portfolios, including stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, risk concentrations, and early warning indicators.
• Collaborate with business units to optimize risk-adjusted returns and support credit decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., POJK, IFRS 9).
• Manage credit risk reporting to senior management and regulators.
• Drive the use of data analytics and automation in credit risk processes.
• Lead or support internal and external audits related to credit risk.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts in the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in banking, or financial services.
• Proven experience in portfolio analytics, credit modelling, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong proficiency in credit risk modelling tools and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical software (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as POJK, IFRS 9, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications in risk management will be preferred.
• Experience with machine learning applications in credit risk.
• Knowledge of ESG-related credit risk factors.
