Responsibility :

  • Design, implement, and manage learning agendas and programs aligned with our company values ​​and strategy.
  • Facilitate training sessions that cover hard skills, soft skills, and regulatory-based training.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful development programs.
  • Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to track, analyze, and report on training effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding initiatives, engagement activities, and succession planning.
  • Designing curricula, training materials, and learning methods (classical, e-learning, blended learning).
  • Tailoring training methods to participant characteristics (e.g., fresh graduates, middle management, or leadership programs).
  • Serving as an internal facilitator or trainer when needed & managing external vendors (training providers, consultants).
  • Evaluating training effectiveness using methods & creating training outcome reports and program improvement recommendations.

Qualification :

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Tecnical, Management, Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Training or Learning & Development.
  • Effective communication (verbal and non-verbal).
  • Coaching and mentoring.
  • Problem solving & critical thinking.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning methods.
