Responsibility :
- Design, implement, and manage learning agendas and programs aligned with our company values and strategy.
- Facilitate training sessions that cover hard skills, soft skills, and regulatory-based training.
- Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful development programs.
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to track, analyze, and report on training effectiveness.
- Support onboarding initiatives, engagement activities, and succession planning.
- Designing curricula, training materials, and learning methods (classical, e-learning, blended learning).
- Tailoring training methods to participant characteristics (e.g., fresh graduates, middle management, or leadership programs).
- Serving as an internal facilitator or trainer when needed & managing external vendors (training providers, consultants).
- Evaluating training effectiveness using methods & creating training outcome reports and program improvement recommendations.
Qualification :
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Tecnical, Management, Education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking Training or Learning & Development.
- Effective communication (verbal and non-verbal).
- Coaching and mentoring.
- Problem solving & critical thinking.
- Time management and organization.
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning methods.
