What You’ll Be Involved In- Supporting digital implementation with minimal disruption to ensure smooth digital adoption across manufacturing operations and minimize impact on day‑to‑day processes.
- Assisting in technology integration by working closely with teams to support the integration of new technologies into existing legacy systems.
- Contributing to change management efforts by collaborating with stakeholders to promote acceptance of new tools and processes, especially among those less familiar with digital systems.
- Keeping up with technological trends by staying informed about emerging technologies and evaluating their relevance to the manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of a diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or with IT/OT systems integration is a strong plus.
- A solid technical foundation and curiosity to learn new systems.
- Basic project coordination skills – able to stay organized and support ongoing initiatives.
- Good communication and teamwork – comfortable working with people from different departments and backgrounds.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, databases, or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a big advantage.
