Key Responsibilities :

1. Data & Inventory Management

Manage inventory statistics of raw materials, finished products, and spare parts, ensuring real-time and accurate data updates.
Prepare regular inventory analysis reports to prevent overstock or shortages.
Maintain inventory management ledgers and track material flow.
Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory and reduce operational costs.

2. Production Process & New Product Introduction

Understand the complete manufacturing process for TV products (assembly, testing, packaging, etc.) and identify process bottlenecks.
Lead the new product introduction process, including SOP preparation, employee training, and tooling/instrument readiness.
Ensure smooth transition from trial production to mass production.

3. Efficiency Improvement & Process Optimization

Conduct regular production site research, collect process data, and propose process improvement plans.
Implement and track efficiency improvement initiatives to achieve cost reduction and higher production yields.
Continuously monitor and iterate optimization measures to meet production performance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in electronic product manufacturing (TV, monitor, or similar preferred).
Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality Management System is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly respond to production issues and develop corrective actions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel required); knowledge of CAD or similar drawing software is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Procurement, Logistics).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement and learning new process technologies.
