We are currently seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team.

This role is ideal for a "Hunter" who is accustomed to a proactive approach, possesses strong negotiation skills, and is passionate about expanding market share in the technology industry.

Job Description:

  • Identify and qualify new potential clients for Logiframe's IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, and technology consulting services.
  • Generate leads through market research, cold outreach, networking events, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and operational needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos (ERP, CRM, and Cloud Accounting Solutions) to decision-makers.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals covering scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipeline stages, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients post-sale.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Logiframe's solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client developments to uncover new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT solutions, ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, software, or technology consulting services.
  • Strong track record in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, targeting mid to enterprise-level clients.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of ERP, CRM, Accounting Systems, IT solutions or business software solutions is an advantage.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and highly driven.
  • English proficiency is a strong advantage.
