Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate & Project Fundraising Strategy
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies for corporate funding (R&D, market expansion) and EPC (project finance) projects.
  • Identify funding sources from private investors, institutions, and government agencies.

  • Project Finance (Focus on WWTP/WWTP)

  • Design non-recourse or limited-recourse financing structures for large-scale projects.
  • Liaise with development banks, infrastructure funds, and export credit agencies.

  • Investor Relations (Infrastructure & Green Technology)

  • Manage relationships with investors focused on infrastructure, clean technology, and heavy manufacturing.
  • Connect companies with PE/VC sustainability partners, family offices, and development banks.

  • Project Financial Modeling

  • Create a detailed financial model related to EPC costs, construction timeline, operational revenue (offtake), and project risks.

  • Investment Documentation & Materials

  • Prepare pitch decks, investment proposals, executive summaries, and other supporting documents.
  • Assess project financial feasibility and prepare due diligence documents.

  • Negotiation & Closing Agreements

  • Lead the negotiation process for term sheets, loan agreements, equity investments, and project financing contracts.
  • Ensure consistency between fund disbursement schedules, EPC milestones, and project cash flow requirements.

  • Government Relations & Public Funding

  • Identify opportunities for government funding, grants, or incentives for environmental and infrastructure projects.
  • Establish communication with relevant institutions at the national and regional levels.

  • Market Intelligence

  • Analyze infrastructure funding trends, competitor activity, new regulations, and potential financial partners.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in capital raising, corporate finance, or project finance.
  • Experience in the EPC, infrastructure, energy, or heavy industry sectors is mandatory.
  • A track record of successfully securing project finance for large-scale projects.
  • Experience in WWTP/WWTP projects is a plus.
  • Extensive network with infrastructure investors, DFIs, specialized banks, PE/VC sustainability.
  • Experienced in financial modeling of long-term projects and heavy asset investments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work strategically and operationally, handling corporate and project financing simultaneously.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Head Office
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally
  • Fluency in English, Both verbal & written.
