We are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our quality and food safety systems across a growing network of Central Kitchen and multi-outlet restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has a strong track record from world-class F&B brands and is capable of building robust systems to ensure top-tier hygiene, compliance, and customer satisfaction at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and monitor Quality Assurance System following GMP and HACCP standards from farm to table
- Plan and manage internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and brand standards
- Conduct regular audits on food vendors (existing and new) to ensure hygiene and quality standards are met
- Design and enforce SOPs across central kitchen and front-line operations to ensure operational consistency
- Organize third-party laboratory testing programs for food safety validation
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints; implement root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with operations, R&D, procurement, and training teams to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain thorough records of food safety audits, reports, and regulatory documentation
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives and action plans
- Build and monitor performance of the QA and QC teams and establish KPIs
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC roles in the F&B/QSR industry, preferably with international brands
- Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and relevant food safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to build systems from scratch and scale them across multiple units
- Preferably based in Surabaya or East Java
