- Demonstrate high integrity in handling confidential information and data.
- (Preferable) Prior experience working with a property market consultancy or firms conducting feasibility studies for property or development projects.
Job Description:
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects in accordance with the company's established standards.
- Plan and prepare the development of new projects, either independently or in collaboration with other parties (such as other developers or landowners).
- Perform market research and business analysis on the property industry (including market trends, economic outlook, competitor landscape, regulations, etc.) to support strategic decision-making in new land development.
