Responsibilities
  • Identify potential customers, cold calling, blitzing, and networking
  • Generate leads
  • Clearly communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Address leads concerns and objections effectively
  • Meet and exceed sales leads target
  • Maintain a knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc visit reports
  • Address potential customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visit activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the sales function/department
  • Comfortable networking and initiating contact with potential clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
  • Proactive and self-driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
