Key Responsibilities:

System Management: Administer, enhance, configure, and troubleshoot System Rhapsody (Golf Bimasakti rental system) and financial applications; coordinate upgrades and improvements.
Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, financial transactions, and reporting processes.
User Support: Provide training for staff, resolve operational/technical issues, and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
Data Integrity: Ensure accurate rental and financial data through validation, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
Reporting & Analytics: Manage dashboards and financial reports (e.g., rental revenue, utilization, customer performance) to support decision-making.
SOP & Compliance: Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to internal policies, audit standards, and external regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, and Operations teams for system integration, enhancements, and compliance projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
3+ years' experience managing financial or rental systems (ERP, custom apps, BI tools).
Familiarity with System Rhapsody or equivalent rental/booking systems preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial processes (AP/AR, GL, CB).
Skills: Excel, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), documentation (SOP, compliance frameworks).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
