• You’ll be talking directly with customers
• You’ll be translating design wishes of customers to ideas, concepts and stunning designs
• Your job will be to create interior designs exactly like the customer wants and needs, even if they don’t know it themselves
• The designs you make will be according to the budget specified by the customer
• You’ll never compromise on quality and the best result for the customer
• You’ll be making use of Parametric Design using Coohom app
• You’ll be communicating with the drafters, project managers and estimators

Requirements

• Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as interior designer
• Vast knowledge of different design styles, with preferably a well‑developed style you specialize in.
• Accurate, fast thinking and able to listen actively to customers wishes
• Advanced skills in Coohom and Sketchup
• Excellent communication skills and able to transform customer wishes into extraordinary designs
• Very good knowledge of materials, ergonomics/sizes etc.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Interior Designer to join the dynamic team at Henley Multi Kreasi Indonesia. As a Junior Interior Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualising and delivering exceptional interior design solutions for our diverse client base. This is a full‑time position based in Bandung Barat, West Java.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with senior designer to develop innovative interior design concepts and proposals
• Produce detailed design plans, drawings, and visualisations to effectively communicate design ideas
• Assist with space planning, material selection, and furniture specification
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the design studio

What we’re looking for

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an interior design role, preferably within a design studio environment, but fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D render software.
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces
• Understanding of construction, materials, and building regulations
