Qualifications:
- Willing to be placed in Mojoagung, Jombang
- Educated at least D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experienced in the chemical industry for at least 3 years
- Understand ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 5R
- Fluent in English
- Have good leadership & communication skills
- Have MS Office skills
Objective:
- Ensuring that the production process runs smoothly, safely, efficiently, and in accordance with predetermined quality and quantity targets, through direct supervision of the production team and the implementation of continuous preventive maintenance for process and equipment optimization.
Job Description:
- Leading the implementation of production and engineering processes, starting from workforce management, ensuring sufficient availability of materials in accordance with production orders, and ensuring machine readiness so that production runs effectively and safely
- Overseeing the entire production and engineering process from preparation to packaging of finished products, supervising the implementation of preventive maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of all production machinery and equipment
- Compiling and analyzing production reports, including target achievement, machine downtime, operator efficiency, and material/sub-material usage
- Compiling an analysis of occupational health and safety risks, quality, and their management to be proposed to the Head of Department
- Proposing changes to improve production performance in terms of quantity, quality, systems/methods, and safety
- Conducting evaluations and handling any new products, machines, or methods
- Conducting evaluation, assessment, and development of the production & engineering team
