JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all export and import jobs following the right system and procedure.
- Ensure zero error, zero delays and to maximize productivity.
- Prepare export/import reports.
- Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications.
- Ensure compliance to PSA BDP Code of Conduct and local regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, with minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics business.
- Understand how to handle/Check Import & Export Declaration (PIB/PEB).
- Have experience in handling Import & Export with KITE facility.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Experience in Bonded Zone (KIK will be plus)
