- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and emerging issues.
- Prepare performance reports of Kompas' social media assets and conduct analysis to support editorial strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance to support strategic needs.
Optimize social media content initiated by the social media team and provide regular performance reports.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Statistics
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Familiar with social media business processes and ecosystems
- Skilled in using social media analytics and monitoring tools
- Able to create data visualizations and analytical reports
- Proficient in Power BI and Google Looker Studio
