Job Descriptions :
Manage the complete sales cycle and drive revenue growth for large, diverse, complex territories
Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and close a sales pipeline
Build consultative relationships that result in growth opportunities
Monitor sales team performance, make sure the process runs smoothly
Support sales team in pitching and negotiating with potential clients
Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
Responsible for understanding Goodeva offerings and the competitive landscape
Gather information and feedback from potential clients
Partner with an implementer to ensure customer success.
Travels to customer sites to identify/develop sales opportunities when required
Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
Experience in an IT or SaaS company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
Experienced in building and managing sales team
Understanding of sales process methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc)
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
