Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator, located in Bandung. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating between different departments, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks. Duties also include maintaining records, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and supporting the management team in various administrative functions. The Administrator will also handle correspondence, both internal and external, and assist in organizing company events or activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and to multitask
  • Prior experience in office administration or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
