- Assist in planning and executing import activities based on company needs and production schedules.
- Support sourcing and communication with overseas suppliers .
- Prepare and handle import documentation , ensuring customs compliance .
- Coordinate with logistics partners to support shipment and delivery .
- Monitor shipment progress, costs, and ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum GPA: 2.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent academic performance)
- Proficiency in Chinese , English , and Bahasa Indonesia ( spoken and written )
- Minimum 4 years' experience in import/export, preferably in the steel industry
- Strong knowledge of international trade and Incoterms
- Familiar with customs clearance processes
- Possession of a PPJK license is an asset
- Detail-oriented with good documentation handling
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, and effective teamwork
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and proactively in solving issues
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of using AI (Artificial Intelligence) is an advantage
- Preferably residing in Jakarta
