Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Head of HR - Manufacturing at Elitez Malaysia. The role is on-site and located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Head of HR is responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering positive employee relations. The role involves daily management of HR operations, strategic planning for talent acquisition, training and development, and collaboration with various teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
