Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRD Manager
- Proficient in Recruitment & Selection, Job Analysis, Training & Development, and KPI Management
- Capable of designing company regulations, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
- Disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI Technology
Job Description:
- Oversee the recruitment process and coordinate with other departments regarding manpower needs
- Monitor employee onboarding and training processes
- Resolve internal issues related to company policies and employee relations
- Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate with staff on employee contracts
- Organize and conduct employee training programs
- Responsible for Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
- Accountable for employee performance appraisal and evaluation processes
