Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRD Manager
  • Proficient in Recruitment & Selection, Job Analysis, Training & Development, and KPI Management
  • Capable of designing company regulations, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI Technology

Job Description:

  • Oversee the recruitment process and coordinate with other departments regarding manpower needs
  • Monitor employee onboarding and training processes
  • Resolve internal issues related to company policies and employee relations
  • Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate with staff on employee contracts
  • Organize and conduct employee training programs
  • Responsible for Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
  • Accountable for employee performance appraisal and evaluation processes
