JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating PIB/PEB
- Verify all export and import processes to ensure comply with government regulation
- Manage filing and documentation of export/import process
- Minimization of error, zero delays and to maximize productivity in terms of export-import process
- Maintain a relationship with both external & internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with 3rd party for executing export/import process
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major
- Must have Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan from Kemenkeu
- Minimum 2 years of experience as officer in the freight forwarding/logistics business
- Understand how to handle/check Import & Export Declaration (PIB/PEB).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Citeureup
