Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist scoping of new incoming projects/Activity Requests to define feasibility, complexity level and resource requirements.
  • Assist defining and support shaping product concepts fit Indonesia deployment, in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
  • Support to Create and maintain high quality specifications as part of project delivery and 5S related activities where relevant.
  • Oversee the seamless technical implementation of projects into sourcing units, including factory trial risk assessments and supporting analytical measurements.
  • Manage and support supplier relationships in the development of new products/change of materials, working closely alongside METs and Procurement.
  • Deliver R&D input into the required Innoflex documentation ahead of monthly gatekeeping meetings.
  • Ensure all claims are accommodated and well implemented related product development, also create documentation to support BPOM evidence.
Candidate Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food technology and engineering-related.
  • Candidates have experience as a formulator 2‑3 years in food or beverages.
  • Scientific and food technology knowledge (Moderate to advanced) and analytical thinking.
Skills
  • Able to create and develop products according to specifications and regulations.
  • Understand ingredients, allergens and HACCP.
  • Basic knowledge of food chemistry and food microbiology, process and packaging.
  • Proactively problem‑solve, see a way through problems, both individually and collaboratively and uphold personal integrity and commitment to fulfilling your potential.

Research & Development Staff (Chemistry / Mechanical Engineering) Job Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of R & D, Product Development and QC (particularly related to rubber, chemical or tire industry).
  • Technical, analytical thinking and reporting skills.

Job Description
  • Control & monitor standard, quality & productivity of extruding process.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems in extruding process.
  • Make daily, weekly and project reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with global R & D about material & tire development.
  • Improve & troubleshoot tire process.
Factory New Product Development Supervisor

We're looking for a Factory New Product Development (NPD) Supervisor to spearhead the crucial transition of our innovative products from R&D into efficient, high‑volume factory production.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and leading the seamless integration of new product developments into our mass‑production processes. A key aspect of your work will involve orchestrating and overseeing trials of new products directly on the factory floor. You'll work collaboratively with our R&D, Engineering, Production Planning, and Production teams to define and optimise production parameters, ensuring a stable and reliable manufacturing process.

Beyond new product introduction, you'll also lead initiatives focused on continuous product quality improvement within the factory, driving excellence and efficiency across our production lines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical or related).
  • Proven experience in new product trials within the food\/beverage industry.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to be based in Karawang Barat.
