Scope of Work:


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the mining and plantation sectors.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth.


• Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies for target segments and sectors.


• Understand client business needs and provide appropriate solutions.


• Working and collaborate with internal teams (Sales Engineer, Engineering, Project, Procurement, Finance, Logistics).


• Manage Client Accounts to ensure the continuity of cooperation and develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling diesel generators through distributors, dealers, or channel partners (Not importers or brand owners).


• Experience managing at least 10 private company accounts in the mining and/or plantation sector.


• Understanding of business processes, procurement, and stakeholders in the relevant industries.


• Willing to travel to remote areas as required.

Plus Point if you:


• Experienced in closing sales as a Sales Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales Engineer in the Energy, Mining, or Plantation Industry.


• Highly motivated, proactive, and accustomed to working beyond targets.

• Good communication, planning and time management skills


• Able to work under minimum supervision and proactive
