Job Description:

  • Develop Customer Satisfaction work programs and ensure the effective performance of the CS team.
  • Oversee the development of Customer Service operations at dealers and monitor dealer survey results.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of National Customer Care Managers (CCM).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer service database.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Communication / Management / Marketing or equivalent from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have 4-5 years experience as a Customer Service Workshop representative, demonstrating strong service quality and operational understanding.
  • Prior experience as Auditor CS is highly preferred
  • Willing to travel for business assignments
