Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration (S1 / D4).
- Fresh Graduate or 1 - 2 years of working experience in payroll, accounting, income tax Article 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Health.
- Holding Brevet A & B is an advantage.
- Preferred candidates are those residing in Jakarta and willing to be placed at the MRI Jakarta office.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with diverse individuals and organizations.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and payroll software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, take the initiative, accurate and keep confidential.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll client, income tax Article 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Health administration, monthly payroll journal.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Team Collaboration & Supervision – Collaborate with senior consultants, and support internal projects.
