Role Description
This is 3 months contract on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing reports on project status. The role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Project management and site supervision skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance (3K)
- Communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Experience with reporting, documentation, and use of relevant software
- Previous experience in construction or site supervision is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
