About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects for our clients. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
What we're looking for
- 4–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the banking industry. Experience managing projects related to credit card systems and core banking systems is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) five days a week and occasionally on weekends when required to support project delivery.
