Job Description:
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, quality and delivery terms for goods and services required by the business
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documentation
- Monitoring and tracking the status of procurement activities to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all procurement transactions
- Identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to procurement
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role
- Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials, including cost estimation methods
- Skilled in tender management, vendor negotiation, and documentation control
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices
