Purpose of the Role

Manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand image, strengthen positioning as a syar'i, elegant, and modern fashion brand, and drive sales growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Branding
  • Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the values of modesty, elegance, and syar'i principles.
  • Maintain a tone of voice and visual style consistent with the fashion brand identity.
  • Ensure all campaigns support key fashion themes and calendars (Ramadhan, Eid al-Fitr, Umrah/Hajj, Seasonal Collections, etc.).
2. Social Media Management
  • Develop daily content (photos, videos, reels, TikTok) with inspiring and relatable storytelling.
  • Manage editorial planning and ensure consistent posting.
  • Increase engagement, followers, and meaningful interactions.
3. Digital Campaigns & Paid Advertising
  • Plan and manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience optimization, and monitor ROAS.
4. Influencer & KOL Management
  • Manage collaborations with influencers, ustadzah, brand ambassadors, and hijab/abaya models.
  • Ensure talent selection aligns with a modest, respectful, and positive image.
  • Evaluate performance of endorsements and collaborations.
5. Website & E-commerce
  • Oversee website appearance and content updates, including marketplace stores.
  • Optimize SEO, landing pages, and purchase funnels.
  • Coordinate with the product photography and studio team to maintain catalog visual consistency.
6. Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor content performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly evaluation reports (Insights, Traffic, Conversion, CAC, ROAS).
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communication, Business).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Strong visual taste (elegant, aesthetic, soft).
  • Proficient in Content Strategy, Social Media Growth, and Performance Ads.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work under targets and deadlines.

  • Strong awareness of fashion trends and modest wear style.
  • Communicative and persuasive.
  • Good problem-solving skills and adaptable in a fast-growing work environment.
