About the role

This is a full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, where you will be providing live chat support in English to customers in the North American market (Canada and the United States). As an English Live Chat agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to build strong relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality live chat support to customers in English
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly tone to create a pleasant customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems as required
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a live chat environment
  • Minimum D3 or bachelor's degree from all majors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask effectively
  • Flexible for SHIFTING schedule and changes along with in (Market America and Canada)
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and technology
