Objective:

  • To ensure that all offline store visuals across all branches align with the brand identity, effectively communicate ongoing campaigns, and reflect current product trends.
  • The role requires strong product knowledge, creativity, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with store teams and other departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Visual merchandising strategy:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's identity and marketing campaigns.

  • Create visually appealing and consistent displays across all store branches.
  • Ensure that merchandising strategies support sales objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience.

  • Campaign communication:

  • Translate marketing campaigns into in-store visual displays that effectively communicate the campaign message.

  • Coordinate with the brand activation team and social media team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

  • Product knowledge and trends:

  • Stay updated with current product trends and incorporate them into visual merchandising plans.

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to highlight key features and benefits in displays.

  • Store collaboration:

  • Communicate visual merchandising plans and guidelines clearly to store teams.

  • Provide training and support to store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.

  • Creative execution:

  • Design and execute creative visual displays that attract and engage customers.

  • Experiment with new visual merchandising ideas and concepts to keep the store environment fresh and exciting.
  • Performance analysis:

  • Monitor the performance of visual merchandising strategies and adjust as needed.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual displays.

  • Cross-department collaboration:

  • Work closely with the brand team, brand activation team, social media team, and partnership team to ensure visual merchandising aligns with overall marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with the store manager, store team to share best practices and maintain consistency across all stores.

  • Problem solving:

  • Address any issues related to visual merchandising in a timely and effective manner.

  • Develop solutions to improve visual merchandising processes and reduce operational friction.

  • Project management:

  • Manage visual merchandising projects from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for display materials and fixtures.

  • Innovation and trend setting:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in visual merchandising.

  • Implement new ideas and approaches to enhance the visual appeal of stores.

Requirement:

  • Min S1 Design, Marketing or related field.
  • Min 3thyears of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams, present ideas, and inspire their team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, interpret customer insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize visual merchandising strategies
