Job Description- Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all kitchen appliances are working efficiently and safely
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues related to kitchen equipment
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to prolong the lifespan of kitchen machinery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all kitchen equipment operations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to schedule maintenance without disrupting service
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance
- Completion of a technical diploma or certificate in kitchen equipment maintenance, refrigeration, or a related field
- Practical experience in maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen appliances in 4 star hotels
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems related to kitchen equipment
- Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in commercial kitchens
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
