PT Bintan Resorts Cakrawala master plans the development on the Northern Bintan area and manages operations within Bintan Resorts International. We are hiring Interior Drafter to join our winning team.
Interior Drafter will be responsible for:
- Responsible for preparing detailed interior drawings, including fixture details, signage, and related elements.
- Responsible for managing outstanding or additional fixtures (design/function enhancements for specific projects).
- Responsible for site visits, measurements, and site supervision.
- Preparing layout presentations.
- Supporting the preparation of purchasing lists and coordinating with vendors (administration and communication).
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field
- Min. Having at least 1 year of professional experience in the relevant area. Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge and technical skills. Proficency in using Microsoft, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering Enscape/Vray
- Willing to work Hybrid/ WFO based in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
- Fluency in English will be preferred
